Shipping Guidelines for Products

Zeriato will adhere to the following shipping guidelines when sending your products:

  • Zeriato will exercise the utmost care in receiving and processing product orders and evaluating service requests.
  • The delivery address is the one you have provided to Zeriato.
  • In accordance with the general terms and conditions, Zeriato will process accepted orders as quickly as possible, but no later than within 3-45 days, unless another delivery timeframe has been agreed upon. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, you will be notified within 30 days of placing the order. In that case, you have the right to cancel the agreement at no cost and may be entitled to compensation.
  • Upon cancellation as per the previous clause, Zeriato will promptly refund the amount paid by the customer.
  • The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Zeriato until the moment of delivery to you or a representative designated by you and known to Zeriato, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Shipping Timeframes

Zeriato uses PostNL as its carrier and follows these shipping timeframes:

  • Standard products: 3-10 business days
  • Custom-made products: 3-20 business days
  • Specific other products: 3-45 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the rates applied by PostNL and are influenced by the weight of the product, including packaging.

Free Shipping

Orders of €300 or more qualify for free shipping.

Returns

From the moment of home delivery, you have 14 days to return products. This could be because the item does not fit, was ordered incorrectly, or for any other reason.

In all cases, you must notify Zeriato to initiate the return process. Please send a notification to info@zeriato.com with the following details:

  • Name & delivery address
  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Clear description and photos of the damage (if applicable)
  • Phone number

Zeriato will then send you a return confirmation.

Return Policy

  • The item must be unused and returned with the original labels and price tag attached. Do not remove the labels while trying on the item!
  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Used, custom-made, modified, altered, damaged, or incomplete returned products will not be refunded.
  • Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. Zeriato is not responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
  • During the 14-day return period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. The product should only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, similar to how you would in a store.
  • You are responsible for any depreciation of the product due to handling beyond what is permitted. In such cases, the depreciation amount will be deducted from the refund, or you may receive no refund at all.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the same payment account used for the purchase, no later than 14 business days after your returned products have been received. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returning In-Store

You can also return your online purchase to our store in Middelburg. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible online.

If you need a different item, please place a new order. However, you can exchange items in our store in Middelburg.
